🔹 Description:

All staff employed at Infinite Care SFH—including direct support professionals, administrators, house managers, medication technicians, and clinical personnel—are required to undergo annual physical examinations to ensure they are medically fit to perform their duties and to maintain a safe, healthy environment for children and youth in care.


These physicals must:


  • Be conducted by a licensed physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant
  • Include a tuberculosis (TB) clearance, either through a negative test or physician’s statement of non-risk
  • Confirm the absence of communicable diseases or health conditions that may impair the staff’s ability to safely care for residents
